Jonathan Brightman: At the moment I have the Beatles Abbey Road playing. There’s a great local band called Goldsboro. A few guys from the band Orson’s new project. It’s great stuff. I was hoping to catch you in LA last year, but you weren’t playing a lot of dates. Will you be touring this year? Jonathan Brightman: We hope to at least hit some territories in Europe this summer. Touring in the U.S. has gotten really political. For example, bigger bands are now doing this thing called “buy ons”, which is basically charging their opening band to get added to the bill. It’s rotten.

Jonathan Brightman: I like to just call it Modern Classic Rock. Imagine intercepting rock and roll right where it was before things got awful in the music business and continuing from that point. Right before Nirvana perhaps. All though I love Nirvana it spawned some real shit. And I am still baffled about how Limp Bizkit sold millions of records. Hahahaha.

One of the anecdotes creating and making the video for «Conmigo» was during the general production of this song, it took them about two weeks, but as time went by, they added new ideas and polished it appropriately. In the video recording, they had to fight against the weather, against the Medellín peak and plate, and other factors that got out of hand. Anyway, each member of the team injected him with the best energy, and they managed to bring out this great production in a quite different environment than what urban music has accustomed us. Themacj or the climb of a rap star: As a young kid, Themacj would often be very active and cause a lot of trouble growing up. He would often beatbox around the household and rap the lyrics of famous rappers such as, “Eminem”, “50 Cent”, “Ludacris”, “Snoop Dog” & “Lil Wayne”. Themacj started to play a game called “Guitar Hero’’ which vastly improved his music abilities, he later then developed those skills into playing the drums. Going into his last year of high school, Themacj began to produce his own beats as he was starting to hoan his rapping skills, which turned into him mixing and mastering his own songs years later.
