The static tank is usually set at a height, and the finished product is transported to the filling line for packaging under the action of gravity. Dry process is high in pollution, high energy consumption and high operating cost(the produce has to be continuous, furnace need to be maintenance half a year), and the cost of raw material is high, so dry process is mainly used to produce high modulus,high concentration(≤50%) sodium silicate.
